Subsequent to the quarter ended June 30, 2026, warrant holder ('promoter') of the Company have exercised their options of converting
5,50,000 warrants along with paying the balance consideration amount of Rs.126 per warrant (i.e. 75% of the issue price) amounting Rs.
693 lakhs. Accordingly, the Company has allotted 5,50,000 equity shares in the ratio of one Equity Share for each warrant exercised, on
July 14, 2026.
