Performance Highlights
Management Commentary
“We started FY27 strongly, delivering our highest-ever quarterly revenue of INR 10,213 million, crossing the INR 10,000 million mark
with YoY growth of 33.3%. Despite geopolitical challenges and cost inflation, we delivered double-digit growth across segments while
10, 43, 112
maintaining healthy EBITDA and PAT margins at 19.2% and 8.6%.
50, 140, 204
This is a testimony of our disciplined order execution, richer product mix, and broad-based momentum across our diversified product

portfolio. Non-Auto segment delivered its highest-ever quarterly sales, with contribution increasing to 20.8% of overall sales, driven by

ADS which registered more than three times YoY growth. Our Auto-Tech Agnostic and xEV business also delivered highest-ever quarterly
153, 153, 153 sales with a YoY growth of 22.2%, while Auto ICE grew 20.8% YoY on a high base. Even though our Auto ICE segment continues to
grow at a healthy rate, its contribution has moderated to 65%, due to much faster traction in our Non-Auto business.

Sansera’s order book across businesses, representing peak annual revenues for the new business excluding ADS orders, stood at INR
18,493 Million as on Jun-26. The total unexecuted order backlog for the ADS business stood at INR 44,368 million by the end of
Mr. B R Preetham Q1FY27.
Executive Director & CEO
We are committed to building capacity ahead of strong demand, both for growth in existing components and for new qualifications. Our
ability to capitalise on the opportunity ahead is underpinned by existing qualifications across critical components and strong OEM
relationships.
Looking ahead, we expect to end FY27 with high-teens topline growth, with a continued focus on improving our margin profile. Backed
by long-standing engineering expertise, strong execution capabilities, a healthy order book, and a diversified business segment, we are
well positioned to build on the current momentum from a long-term perspective.”
