year 2025-26. This Report reflects our continued commitment to conducting business responsibly, strengthening our
governance practices and creating sustainable value for all our stakeholders.
At Gufic, we believe that responsible business practices form the foundation of sustainable growth. While remaining focused
on delivering quality products and operational excellence, we continue to strengthen our efforts towards environmental
stewardship, employee health and safety, ethical business conduct and meaningful community development through our
CSRinitiatives.
The evolving ESG landscape presents new opportunities and responsibilities for businesses to enhance transparency,
strengthen governance and integrate sustainability into decision-making. We remain committed to meeting these evolving
expectations through robust compliance practices, responsible resource management and a culture of integrity and
accountability.
During the year, we continued to reinforce our governance framework, promote responsible business practices and focus on
