(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you
that a meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th August, 2026 at 05:00 P.M. at the office
of the Resolution Professional situated at Baithussalam, Balankinar, Kattampally Road, Near
Indus Motors Maruthi Service Centre, Kannur – 670011, Kerala, inter alia, to consider and
approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026
along with the limited Review report issued by the Statutory Auditors thereon.
Further, the meeting shall be convened and presided over by the Resolution Professional, Mr.
Najeeb T P (IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N01014/2020-2021/13316), appointed
under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
This intimation is being submitted in compliance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI
(LODR) Regulations, 2015.
