Consequent to aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stand increased from ₹ 64,03,37,006 (consisting of 64,03,37,006 equity shares of face value of ₹ 1 each) to ₹ 64,06,84,481 (consisting of 64,06,84,481 equity shares of face value of ₹ 1 each). The statement under Regulation 10(c) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 is enclosed as ‘Annexure - I’.
