Dear Sir/Madam, In continuation to our letter dated August 11, 2026, the 44th AGM of the Company will be held on Saturday, September 05, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) / Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’). Pursuant to Regulation 34, 42 and other relevant regulations of the Listing Regulations, we are submitting herewith the Annual Report including other Statutory Reports for the financial year 2025-26 along with the Notice of the 44th AGM of the Company and the same is also available on the website of the Company at https://www.studds.com/investor-relations/annual-report and on the website of MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited), the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company (“RTA”) at https://in.mpms.mufg.com/.
