VERITAS (INDIA) LIMITED Annexure C BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITY & SUSTAINABILITY REPORT FY 2025-26 About Us This Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) has been prepared in accordance with the format prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under Regulation 34(2)(f) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The report covers disclosures for the financial year 2025-26 and reflects the Company’s performance across the nine principles of the National Guidelines on Responsible Business Conduct (NGRBC). For the purpose of this report, Veritas (India) Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and listed on the stock exchange viz. BSE Limited in India, shall be hereinafter referred to as “Veritas” or “the Company”. The data presented for previous years has been rationalized, wherever necessary, to improve consistency and comparability across reporting periods. The UNSDGs have been mapped to the relevant NGRBC principles for reference purposes only and do not necessarily indicate that the Company has undertaken specific initiatives contributing to the respective SDGs.
