Towers, Dalal Street, Mumbai – 400 001 Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Change in Nature of Business Scrip Code: 512279 Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of N2N Technologies Limited (“Company”), at its meeting held on August 12, 2026, has approved the change in the nature of business of the Company pursuant to the change in management and control of the Company consequent to the recently concluded Open Offer. Accordingly, with effect from August 13, 2026, the Company shall cease to carry on its existing business of IT and Software Consulting. Accordingly, all employees/consultants from IT division have been relieved from the services of the Company. The aforesaid change in the nature of business has been approved pursuant to the change in management and control of the Company and is intended to align the business activities of the Company with the strategic direction of the new management. The Company shall accordingly discontinue its IT and Software Consulting business and shall undertake such other business activities as may be approved by the Board of Directors from time to time, subject to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable laws.
