SOBHA share of sales value also recorded a historic high of ₹ 29.92 Bn. • The performance was led by strong response to new project launches: SOBHA OneWorld, Sacred Grove in Bangalore and SOBHA Crescent in Gurgaon. • SOBHA delivered healthy growth compared to Q1 FY26, with increase of sales value by 76%, sales area by 62%, and number of homes & plots by 78%. • Bangalore recorded its strongest-ever quarterly sales, registering sales value of ₹20.67 Bn, contributed 56.5% of total sales. NCR region recorded total sales value of ₹ 13.84 Bn, contributed 37.9%. Kerala region contributed ₹ 1.34 Bn (3.7%), while other cities together added ₹ 0.71 Bn (1.9%). • Launched 6.89 mn sft of saleable area across 3 projects in 2 cities: Bangalore and Gurgaon. • Completed 671 homes across 8 projects, totalling 1.08 million sft of saleable area. New Launches • SOBHA Crescent - Phase 1, part of an 11.99-acre luxury residential development located at Sector 63A, Gurgaon, comprises 336 homes across 0.87 million sft with an estimated sales potential of ₹22 Bn. • Sacred Grove by the Lake, 26-acre premium plotted development in Chikka Tirupathi, Bangalore, comprises 388 plots with total area of 0.63 million sft. • SOBHA OneWorld located at East Bangalore, is a 47.4-acre luxury residential project comprising 3,484 homes across 5.39 million sft, with an estimated sales potential of over ₹75 Bn.
