This is in continuation of our earlier letter dated 5th June, 2026, regarding the police complaint lodged by the Company, in the matter of claiming of shares through impersonation by certain persons. Further, we wish to inform you that, during the course of the investigation, the police authorities have arrested one of the persons alleged involved in this matter and produced the said person before the Honorable XII additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad on 19th July, 2026, for Judicial Remand. The matter is currently under further investigation by the police authorities. The Company remains committed to safeguarding the interests of its shareholders and shall continue to take all appropriate legal and regulatory measures in connection with the above matter.
