Our responsibility is to express a conclusion on the Statement based on our review. We conducted our review of the Statement in accordance with the Standard on Review a. This standard requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. A review is limited primarily to inquiries of company personnel and an analytical procedure applied to financial data and thus provides less assurance than an audit. We have not performed an audit and accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion. (1856.75) lakh and total comprehensive income (loss) of Rs. (1856.75) lakh for the quarter then ended, as considered in the Statement pertaining to erstwhile associate (ITIL), which got merged into the Company and has been accounted for with effect from the Appointed Date (i.e. 1 October 2024) in accordance with Scheme of Merger by Absorption duly approved by National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on November 14, 2025. The aforesaid numbers of ITIL, for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, were reviewed by then Statutory auditors of ITIL whose report, dated August 12, 2025, expressed unmodified conclusion.
