The Company is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing and sale of PVC Pipes, which constitutes a single| reportable segment in accordance with Ind AS 108 — Operating Segments. W The figures of the last quarter are the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year| upto 31st March, 26 and the unaudited year-to-date figures upto 31st December, 2025 being the date of the end of the| third quarter of the financial year which were subjected to Limited review. The Company has recognised net unrealised fair value gain of Rs. 63.83 Lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 on| investments in mutual funds measured at fair value through profit or loss (FVTPL) in accordance with Ind AS 109 — “Financial Instruments”.
