Arman Financial Services Limited has informed the Exchange about change in Management, with Mr. Pushpendrakumar being appointed as the Head – Internal Audit of the Company with effect from August 12, 2026. The company has also approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results and limited review report for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026. Additionally, the company has granted 3600 Stock Options to an eligible employee of the Company / Subsidiary Company subject to the terms of the "Arman- Employee Stock Option Plan 2023".
