The advertisements in question were not issued or authorised by the Company but were instead circulated by third parties without the Company’s knowledge or consent, allegedly misusing the “Godrej” brand name. The Company had acted diligently upon becoming aware of such instances by initiating appropriate legal measures and undertaking takedown actions to prevent continued misuse. Further, it may be noted that the Company has obtained the registration certificate for the said project from CGRERA on June 25, 2026. 5.
