Annual Report for the FY 2025-26
This is to inform that the 35th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company is scheduled to be
held on Saturday, 05th September, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. IST through Video Conferencing (“VC”) /
Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”) in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the
Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Integrated Annual Report of the Company for
the Financial Year 2025-26 (“Integrated Annual Report”) along with the Notice of the AGM
(“Notice”) of the Company which is being sent through electronic mode to all the members whose e-
mail address are registered with Depositories/Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
The Company has fixed Saturday, 29th August, 2026 as the cut-off date for determining eligibility
of the Members holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialised form, who will be entitled
to cast their votes electronically in respect of the business to be transacted as per the Notice of the
AGM and to attend the AGM.
The Integrated Annual Report and Notice are also available on the website of the Company at
www.ambujagroup.com.
