Ref.: SOP-Review/ 24A-(FYMar-26) Scrip Code: 503837 (Shree Rajasthan Syntex Limited) Dear Sirs, This is with reference to the notice of non-compliance received from BSE Limited (“BSE”) on June 22nd, 2026, whereby BSE has imposed a fine of ₹49,560/- (inclusive of GST) on the Company for non-compliance with Regulation 24A(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), relating to the submission of the Secretarial Compliance Report in the prescribed format and within the stipulated timeline. In continuation of the aforesaid matter, we wish to inform you that the said notice of non-compliance under Regulation 24A(2) of the SEBI LODR Regulations was duly placed before and noted by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 12th, 2026. The Board noted that, upon receipt of the communication from BSE, the Company promptly took the necessary steps and filed the requisite compliance with BSE on June 22nd, 2026. The Board further noted the matter and has advised that appropriate measures be taken to strengthen the Company’s internal compliance and monitoring processes. The Company has always endeavoured to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in their true letter and spirit and remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. The Company has already undertaken necessary corrective and preventive measures to strengthen its compliance framework and to ensure timely submission of statutory and regulatory filings, thereby minimising the possibility of any such inadvertent delay or non-compliance in the future. The Company sincerely regrets the inadvertent delay and assures the Exchange that due care and diligence shall be exercised to ensure timely and complete compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements going forward.
