The proposed enhancement is being undertaken considering the opportunities arising from the recent industrial policy introduced by the Government of Gujarat and with a view to strengthening the Company's manufacturing capabilities and supporting its future growth. Pursuant to the aforesaid decision, the Company will initiate the necessary process for procurement of the requisite plant and machinery. The Company will undertake such further activities and processes as may be required for implementation of the proposed capacity enhancement, in due course. The Board has authorized Mr. Shalin Ashok Shah, Managing Director to undertake all such acts, deeds, matters and things as may be necessary or incidental for giving effect to the aforesaid decision, including initiating the procurement process for plant and machinery and undertaking the necessary formalities in this regard.
