JFL/NSE-BSE/2026-27/38 dated July 31, 2026, wherein the Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26, along with the Notice of the 31st Annual General Meeting of Jubilant FoodWorks Limited ("Company"), was submitted to the Stock Exchanges. Subsequently, certain inadvertent printing errors were observed in note no. 3(e) and 3(g) of the standalone financial statements and the same have been appropriately updated in the revised version of the Integrated Annual Report FY 2025-26. These printing errors had no impact on the financial statements of FY 2025-26. Except for the aforesaid update, all other contents of the Integrated Annual Report FY 2025-26 remain unchanged. The revised Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 is available on the website of the Company and can be accessed at click here. This corrigendum forms an integral part of the Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and should be read in conjunction with the version previously circulated to the shareholders and submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
