Saraswati Commercial India Ltd has announced the outcome of its board meeting held on August 12, 2026. The board has approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report from statutory auditors. The board has also approved the notice of the 43rd Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 24, 2026, through video conferencing or other audio-visual means. Additionally, the board has re-appointed Mr. Hetal Khalpada and Mr. Vallabh Prasad Biyani as directors of the company.
