Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the outcome of the Board Meeting submitted on August 12, 2026 at 3:55:04 P.M., we wish to inform you that, inadvertently, certain pages forming part of the Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 were omitted from the earlier submission. Accordingly, we are hereby submitting the revised outcome of the Board Meeting, incorporating the complete Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The revised outcome may kindly be taken on record and the earlier submission may be read accordingly. The revised outcome of the Board Meeting is as follows: Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, (‘Listing Regulations’), the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, 12th August, 2026 commenced at 02:45 P.M and concluded at 03:30 P.M have inter alia, considered and approved the following matters: 1. The Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. 2. The Notice of the ensuing 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 24th of September 2026. 3. The Board’s Report and Secretarial Audit Report for the financial year 2025-26. 4. Appointment of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) as the facilitator for the purpose of e-Voting. 5. Appointment of Aditya Sri Hari & Co. as the Scrutinizer for the purpose of e-voting to be conducted at the ensuing AGM. We wish to further inform that the copies of the Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 and Statement of Deviation or Variation in utilization of funds raised under Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Preferential allotment of shares on March 10, 2026) are enclosed.
