The said appointment has been made pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. (ii) Cessation of Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta (DIN: 08786735), who has completed first term as an Independent Director of the Company, and consequently ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on August 12, 2026. The Board of Directors and Management of the Company places on record its deep appreciation for the invaluable contributions, guidance and services rendered by Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company.
