3. Approved the Notice of the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Directors Report
along with Annexures.
4. Resolved to hold the 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company on Monday, 28th day
of September, 2026.
5. Appointment of Mr. Jineshwar Kumar Sankhala, Practicing Company Secretary as
Scrutinizer for conducting voting process for the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
