The Ministry of Labour & Employment has also issued draft Central Rules and FAQs to help assess tbe fmancial Impact of these cbanges. Also, in accordance with the requirements of Ind AS 19, "Employee Benefits", changes to employee benefit plans resulting from legislative amendments constitute a plan amendment, necessitating the immediate recognition of any variation in the cost upon such notification. Consequently, the Company, based on actuarial valuation and best estimate, bas evaluated and recognised the potential impact aggregating ~ 52.24 Lakhs primarily arising on account of change in wage defmition as an exceptional item considering that the impact is non-recurring in nature aJld driven by regulatoy changes during the year ended 31st March, 2026. 6 Previous period figures have been regrouped/reclassified, wherever necessary, to conform to current period's classification.
