The financial results of the company for the quarter ended 3 Oth June, 2026 have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and Approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on 12th August, 2026. The statutory auditors have carried out a limited review ofthe Standalone statement and issued an unmodified report thereon. 2' The financial results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard (IND AS) notified under section 133 ofthe companies Act,2013, read together with revelant rules issued there under and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. 3 ' The Company is in the business of manufacturing of stee I products and hence has only one reportable operating segment as per Ind AS 108 operating Segment.
