Consequent to the above acquisition, Fintuple has become a Wholly-Owned subsidiary of CAMS. The detailed disclosures in respect of the said acquisition, as per SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, were already submitted to the stock exchanges vide our letter dated 4th May 2026.
