Key Business & Operational Highlights
● Q1 FY 2026-27 Total Revenue grew by 56.56% YoY to ₹8,303.05 Lakhs, driven by higher volumes
across non-ferrous scrap trading, improved realisations and steady contribution from Frank Metals and
newly Nupur Extrusion facility in Haryana.
● EBITDA rose 111.46% YoY to ₹1285.60 Lakhs, translating to a healthy margin of 15.48%, supported
by better product mix, improved capacity utilisation and disciplined cost management across sourcing
and processing operations.
● Profit After Tax expanded 82.61% YoY to ₹738.57 Lakhs, reflecting operating leverage as the newly
commissioned facilities scale and the extrusion vertical begins to contribute meaningfully.
● The Group is also expanding its presence in the aluminium value chain through its Group Company,
Frank Metals Recyclers Limited (formerly known as Frank Metals Recyclers Private Limited)
(Subsidiary Company). The subsidiary has commenced its foray into the aluminium extrusion business
and has invested in extrusion-related machinery and equipment to establish and develop this new
business vertical.
The investment marks an important step towards strengthening the Group’s capabilities in the
aluminium segment and broadening its product portfolio. Frank Metals Recyclers Limited is further
undertaking planned investments and capacity expansion in this area, with the objective of building a
scalable aluminium extrusion business and creating opportunities for long-term growth.
● Nupur Extrusion Private Limited (subsidiary) continues to operate at full capacity from its Haryana
facility, catering to solar plant manufacturing and OEM customers, a segment witnessing strong
secular demand.
● Construction of the new 4.5-acre Sampla (Haryana) facility for zinc ingots and blended materials is
progressing as planned; commissioning to unlock incremental installed capacity for the Company.
● Group-level contribution from subsidiaries (Frank Metals Recyclers Limited, Tycod Autotech Private
Limted, Nupur Extrusion Private Limited, Eligo Business & Advisory Private Limited and Nupur
Business & Consulting Private Limited) is strengthening progressively, in line with the Company's
stated strategy of building an integrated non-ferrous recycling platform.
Key Industrial Highlights
● The Company's long-standing multi-geography sourcing network across Europe, USA, UAE and other
developed markets provided operational resilience during the quarter, a period in which the wider
Indian non-ferrous recycling industry witnessed supply chain headwinds arising from disruptions in
the Gulf shipping corridor.
● Tight domestic scrap supply and higher LME metal prices during the quarter supported better
realisations across the industry a backdrop the Company was well-positioned to capture, given its
established overseas sourcing network.
● India's transition to a circular economy, the Government's continued focus on Aatmanirbhar Bharat,
and rising domestic demand for recycled non-ferrous metals across the automotive, solar, electrical
and industrial end-markets continue to provide a strong structural tailwind for the Company's core
business.
Management Commentary
Commenting on the results, Mr. Rajesh Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director, Nupur Recyclers
Limited said:
“We have commenced Q1FY 2026-27 on a strong note, with meaningful growth in Revenue, EBITDA and
PAT, driven by higher processing volumes, a favourable product mix and the initial contribution from our
recently commissioned facilities. Our differentiated sourcing capabilities across Europe, USA, UAE and other
geographies, combined with disciplined risk management, have enabled us to navigate metal price volatility
effectively and deliver a healthy operating performance.
The commissioning of Nupur Extrusion’s Haryana facility, which is now operating at full capacity, has
strengthened our presence in high-growth end-markets including solar and OEM manufacturing.
Construction of our new 4.5-acre Sampla plant for zinc ingots and blended materials is progressing well and
will be a key driver of incremental capacity in the coming quarters.
India's transition to a circular economy, the Government's continued focus on Aatmanirbhar Bharat, and
rising domestic demand for recycled non-ferrous metals across automotive, solar, electrical and industrial
end-markets provide a strong structural tailwind for our business. As one of India's established non-ferrous
recyclers, Nupur Recyclers is well-positioned to capitalise on this opportunity.
Looking ahead, we remain focused on scaling our recycling and processing capacity, deepening our product
portfolio through the extrusion and alloy verticals, strengthening our subsidiary contribution and driving
sustained margin expansion. With a healthy balance sheet, a diversified sourcing base and a clear execution
roadmap, we are confident of delivering profitable growth and long-term value for all our stakeholders.”
