Update on the order passed by the Honble High Court of Madras on August 11, 2026 in relation to trademark infringement suit filed by M/s Free Elective Network Private Limited

Matrimony.com Ltd has received an order from the Hon'ble High Court of Madras, which partially allows an appeal filed against the dismissal of a trademark infringement suit. The company is contemplating to file an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
