On recommendations received from the Audit Committee, the Board approved the appointment of M/s. Akshay Singhla & Associates, Chartered Accountants, (ICAI Firm Registration No.: 0395880N), as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 (five) years, commencing from the conclusion of ensuing 26th AGM until the conclusion of the 31st AGM subject to Shareholders’ approval and other statutory requirements. 4. On recommendations received from the Nomination and Remuneration committee, the Board has considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar Malik as Managing Director of the Company and has fixed the remuneration payable to him w.e.f 02nd October 2026, for a period of 3 years ending on 1st October 2029, subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing general meeting of the company. 5.
