Considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report (LRR) issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The said Financial Results along with the LRR are enclosed herewith. 2. The Board took note that on August 06, 2026, the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre (ROC-CPC), issued a Certificate of Registration confirming the alteration of the Object Clause of the Company's Memorandum of Association, pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by Members at the EGM held on July 17, 2026. The Board further noted that the altered Object Clause enables the Company to undertake a new business in consumer electronics, mobile phones, mobile accessories, and computer hardware including their manufacturing, trading, distribution, import, and export. The Board also noted that the Company shall commence the aforesaid business activities in due course, in line with the amended MOA and applicable law.
