We wish to inform you that the Noticee has received on July 02, 2026 an order passed by the Special Director (Appeals), FEMA, Kolkata, whereby the appeal filed by the Noticee has been allowed and the adjudication order has been set aside. The Appellate Authority observed that the Noticee had made genuine efforts for realization of export proceeds and accordingly deleted the penalty imposed by the Adjudicating Authority. Consequently, the matter relating to the penalty of Rs. 10,00,000/- disclosed by the Company vide its letter dated March 15, 2025 stands resolved. This may be treated as an update to the aforesaid disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Kindly take the same on record.
