(b) The remote e-voting period commences on Monday, 21st September, 2026 (9.00 a.m. IST)
and will end on Wednesday, 23rct September, 2026 (5.00 p.m. IST).
(c) The Company's Register of Members & Share Transfer books (Annual) pursuant to
Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation
2015 will remain closed from Friday, 18th September, 2026 to Thursday, 24th September,
2026 (both days inclusive).
