Consolidated Financial Performance:
Particulars (Rs. Crores) Q1FY27 Q1FY26
Total Income 304.3 112.5
EBITDA 4.8 12.0
EBITDA Margin % 1.6% 10.7%
PAT 1.1 7.2
Q1FY27 Financial Highlights:
• Total Income stood at Rs. 304.3 Crores against Rs. 112.5 Crores in Q1FY26, growth of 170.6% YoY
• EBITDA stood at Rs. 4.8 crore, while PAT was Rs. 1.1 crore in Q1FY27. During the quarter,
profitability was impacted by lower traffic volumes at the Moti Naroli and other few toll projects,
where geopolitical developments and global trade disruptions affected export-import activity and
freight movement through port-linked corridors. The resulting under-recovery of fixed project costs
exerted pressure on margins during the quarter. Encouragingly, traffic trends have started showing
signs of improvement, and we remain confident of a gradual recovery in operating performance.
Commenting on the Results, Mr. Arun Kumar Jain, Managing Director, Highway Infrastructure
Limited said: “Q1FY27 was a quarter of strong operational execution for Highway Infrastructure. We
delivered robust revenue growth across our diversified infrastructure platform, supported by continued
momentum in Tollway Collection and EPC operations. Our order book of Rs. 789 crore provides healthy
revenue visibility and reinforces our confidence in the long-term growth potential of the business.
During the quarter, profitability was impacted by lower traffic volumes at the Moti Naroli and other few toll

pressure on margins during the quarter. Encouragingly, traffic trends have started showing signs of

Despite temporary headwinds impacting profitability in the tolling segment during the quarter, we
continued to maintain strong execution momentum across our EPC portfolio. The commencement of
construction at the Beverly Hills project marks a significant milestone for the EPC business and further
strengthens revenue visibility for the coming quarters from private segment.
Looking ahead, our focus remains on disciplined execution, prudent capital allocation and building a
balanced infrastructure platform across Tolling, EPC and Real Estate. Supported by a healthy order book,
improving operating trends and a strong balance sheet, we remain confident in our ability to deliver
sustainable long-term growth.”
