The collaboration represents a strategic initiative of the Company to strengthen its presence in the media and entertainment sector by associating with quality cinematic content. The Company believes that this association will enhance its brand visibility, strengthen its position in the entertainment industry and support its long- term business objectives by creating additional opportunities in the content and media ecosystem. Under the commercial arrangement, the Company will retain 40% of the net profit generated from this project 06 Scope of Association The Company shall be recognized as the Presenter of the film and shall receive branding and promotional rights as agreed between the parties 07 Consideration As per the terms and conditions of the memorandum of understanding executed between the parties’ company will be entitled for 40% of net profits of the project. 08 Commercial Impact The Company will strength its brand visibility, which will further create strong opportunities of multiple collaboration in the field and business synergies. Any material financial impact, if any, will be disclosed as and when it becomes ascertainable eventually. 09 Related Party No Transaction 10 Promoter / Promoter None.
