Further, as per the requirements of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Para A, Clause (7C) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the copy of the resignation letter submitted by Mr. Manoj Kumar Thakur confirming that, there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned by him is enclosed herewith.
