We hereby submit the Balancing Figure Note, duly certified by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, as an enclosure to this letter. The said Balancing Figure Note reads as follows: “The figures for quarter ended March 31, 2026 are balancing figures between the audited figures of the full financial year and the limited reviewed year-to-date figures upto the third quarter of the financial year.” We request you to kindly take the above on record and consider it as forming part of the standalone financials results for March 2026. We regret the inadvertent oversight and assure you that due care shall be taken in future submissions.
