Patel Retail Accelerates Growth in Q1 FY27; Total Income Rises 69% YoY to ₹310 Cr,
PAT Grows 37%
Mumbai, 12th August, 2026, Patel Retail Limited (BSE: 544487 | NSE: PATELRMART), a diversified retail and
food processing company, announced its Unaudited Financial Results for Q1 FY27.

Commenting on the performance, Mr. Dhanji Patel, Chairman and Managing Director of Patel Retail Limited,
said “We are pleased with our performance in Q1 FY27, with Total Income growing 69.35% YoY to ₹310.24 Cr,
compared with ₹183.19 Cr in Q1 FY26. The strong growth reflects healthy momentum across our retail and food
processing businesses. EBITDA stood at ₹19.68 Cr, while Net Profit increased 37.43% YoY to ₹9.52 Cr.
During the quarter, we continued to expand our retail footprint with the launch of our 51st Patel’s R Mart store in
Rasayani, Raigad and 52nd store in Bapgaon, Bhiwandi. With another store added in July, our retail network has now
expanded to 53 stores, further strengthening our presence across the MMR region and surrounding markets.
We also continue to strengthen our private-label portfolio. Patel Essential, our household and personal hygiene brand,
offers a growing range of quality and value-driven cleaning and hygiene products, further enhancing our presence
across everyday household categories.
Going forward, our focus remains on expanding the retail network, improving capacity utilisation and automation
across our processing facilities, scaling private labels such as Patel Fresh, Indian Chaska and Patel Essential, and
widening the distribution reach of Indian Chaska across new markets. We are also exploring additional export
opportunities while maintaining our focus on working capital efficiency and debt reduction.
We remain positive about the opportunities ahead and believe our expanding retail footprint, integrated food
processing capabilities and growing portfolio of in-house brands provide a strong platform for sustainable growth.”
