Ind-Swift Laboratories Reports Robust Q1 FY27 Results; Op. EBITDA up 2.85x YoY,
PAT up 2.04x YoY, Op. EBITDA Margin Expands 1,258 BPS
Chandigarh, August 12th, 2026 - Ind-Swift Laboratories Limited (BSE: 532305 | NSE:
INDSWFTLAB), a leading pharmaceutical formulations company with a presence across
85+ countries, announced its un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended
June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), reporting strong growth in profitability and margins.
During the quarter, the Company continued to strengthen its position as a focused, debt-free
formulations platform, supported by growing international operations and continued
expansion across regulated and emerging markets. A key milestone was the commercialization
of the Viatris (USA), Manx (UK) and Arrotex (Australia) CDMO partnership, expected to
contribute an incremental ₹200-220 crore of revenue in FY27. The quarter also saw two
products reach commercialization, Ibuprofen Sachet for the European market and Macrogol
Sachet for the UK and Australia markets. The Company's global dossier pipeline continued to
expand as well, with dossiers filed rising to 2,100+ from 1,915+ earlier and product
registrations growing to 900+ from 750+. Alongside this, the Company continues to progress
the planned upgrade of its Samba manufacturing facility to EU-GMP and PIC/S standards,
expected to enhance export capabilities, support filings across regulated markets and

Management Commentary
Mr. N.R. Munjal, Chairman of Ind-Swift Laboratories, further stated, “Q1 FY27
has been an excellent start to the year for Ind-Swift Laboratories, as we continue to build
on our transformation from an API player into a focused FDF manufacturer. The
Company delivered a strong quarter, with operating EBITDA improving 2.85x YoY to
₹33.32 crore and op. EBITDA margin expanding by 1,258 bps YoY to 17.91%. PAT
(excluding exceptional items) stood at ₹24.68 crore, a 2.04x YoY jump, while PAT
margin improved by 827 bps YoY to 13.26%,
reflecting better efficiencies, an improved business mix and disciplined execution
across the organization.
Over the past two years, we have successfully transformed Ind-Swift into a debt-free,
pure-play formulations platform with a strong global footprint spanning 85+ countries,
supported by over 900 product registrations, 2,100+ dossiers filed and 520+
approvals globally. This transformation has strengthened our balance sheet,
sharpened our strategic focus and positioned the Company for scalable, capital-
efficient growth.
A key growth initiative currently underway is the planned upgrade of our Samba
manufacturing facility to EU-GMP and PIC/S standards. This investment is
expected to strengthen our regulated-market platform, support filings for molecules
across key global markets, enhance export opportunities and expand our participation
in high-value CDMO programs, while improving manufacturing efficiency and
operational scalability.
Looking ahead, on the domestic side we are focused on expanding our ethical
footprint into peninsular India and into high-growth chronic therapeutic categories,
targeting 15-20% CAGR growth in this business. Internationally, our priorities
remain own-brand growth. Supported by our growing export pipeline, deeper own-
brand penetration in UAE, Central Asia and the rest of the world, the now-
commercialized Viatris partnership and other upcoming programs with global
partners, and expanding dossier portfolio and continued investment in compliant
manufacturing infrastructure, we expect FY27 to witness revenue growth of more
than 50%. Beyond this, we remain confident of achieving a revenue CAGR of 20-
25% over the medium term, alongside EBITDA margin expansion of 600-800 bps
driven by an improved business mix and operating leverage.”
