Approved the appointment of Mr. D. Muralidharan (DIN: 08301904) as the Whole-Time Director of the Company for a period of two (2) years, with effect from August 12, 2026, to August 11, 2028, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing AGM. Mr. Muralidharan shall continue as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company in addition to him being designated the Whole Time Director.
