Dear Sir, With reference to the recent movement in the price of the Company’s securities, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we have observed a significant movement in the share price of the Company on 12th August, 2026. We could not ascertain any event/information in the mainstream media pertaining to NALCO, However, there is a news article in the mainstream media regarding curtailment of Refinery Capacity by 50% by M/s. Norsk Hydro which might have triggered the Material Price Movement of NALCO today. We wish to clarify that, apart from the information already available in the public domain, there is no further event, information or announcement which requires disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. This voluntary disclosure is being made in the interest of transparency and to avoid speculation with respect to the movement in the Company’s share price.
