These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects. The above Equity Shares shall be in compliance of ESOP-2016, scheme of the Company. Further, consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has been increased from 38,418,990 to 38,444,165 equity shares of face value of ₹ 2.00 each.
