MAKK & Co. in its resignation letter and the information provided in the prescribed format. The Audit Committee noted that the resignation has been tendered pursuant to the merger of M/s. MAKK & Co. with M/s. MKPS & Associates LLP, consequent to which the professional practice and related assignments are being merged under M/s. MKPS & Associates LLP. Based on the information and explanation available before it, the Audit Committee has not noted any other material concern or reason relating to the resignation, other than the reason stated by the M/s.
