We refer to our letter dated August 10, 2026, in relation to the issuance of listed, rated, redeemable, transferable, rupee denominated Commercial Papers by Embassy Office Parks REIT, for an aggregate amount of ₹400 Crores (Indian Rupees Four Hundred Crores only) (“CP Tranche XI Issue”) with a tenure of 91 days from the deemed date of allotment. We wish to inform you that the Borrowings Committee of the Board of Directors of the Manager, today, i.e., on August 12, 2026, through a resolution passed by circulation, has approved the allotment of the aforesaid Commercial Papers on a private placement basis, as per the terms and conditions (including tenure, date of allotment and date of maturity, schedule of payment of principal, special rights/interest/privileges) mentioned in the Key Information Document dated August 10, 2026. The yield of CP Tranche XI Issue is 6.75%. The said Commercial Papers are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.
