The 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday,
30th September, 2026 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual means.
2. Book Closure:
Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements), 2015, the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the
Company will remain closed from Thursday, 24th September, 2026 to Wednesday,
30th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 37th Annual General
Meeting of the Company.
The record date/cut-off date for the purpose of the aforesaid AGM is Wednesday, 23rd
September, 2026.
