Race Eco Chain Limited (“the Company”) had divested 2,10,000 (Two Lakh Ten Thousand) equity shares, representing approximately 0.99% of the share capital of M/s. Prime Industries Limited (“Prime Industries”), an Associate Company of the Company, pursuant to the sale transaction entered into on 30th June, 2026. However, the delivery/settlement of the said transaction took place on 1st July, 2026, pursuant to which the Company ceased to have significant influence over Prime Industries. Accordingly, M/s. Prime Industries Limited ceased to be an Associate Company of M/s. Race Eco Chain Limited with effect from 1st July, 2026, instead of 30th June, 2026, as stated in our earlier disclosure. We request you to kindly take the aforesaid revised effective date, i.e. 1st July, 2026, on record. We further confirm that there is no other change in the disclosure made earlier, except for the aforesaid revision in the effective date of cessation of the Associate Company.
