Approval of Audited Financial Results and Audit Report thereon for the 2na half year and year

Declaration on Unmodified Opinion on the said Financial Results.
Aprpointment of Mr. Raiesh Kumar as an Internal Auditor of the Company for a term of 3 years
commencing from the financial year 2026-27 to 2028-29. (Annexure AJ
4. Ap,pointment of M/s. Nirav Shah & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary & peer Reviewed
firm as a Secretarial Auditor ofthe Company for the term of 5 Financial year commencing from
2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to approval by Shareholders at ensuing General Meeting.

The Statement, which includes the Financial Results, is the responsibility ofthe Company,s Board of

related audited financial statements for the six months and year ended March 3 2026. This
responsibility includes the preparation and presentation of the Financial Results for the half year and

ensure the accuracy and completeness of the accounting records. This is relevant to the preparation
and presentation of the Statements that give a true and fair view and are free from material
misstatemgnt, whether due to fraud or error.
ln preparing the Statement, the Board of Directors is responsible for assessing the Company's ability
to continue as a going concern, disclosing, as applicable, matters related to going concem, and using
the going concem basis of accounting unless the Board of Directors either intends to liquidate the
Company or to cease operations, or has no realistic alternative but to do so.
The Board of Directors is also responsible for overseeing the financial reporting process of the
Company.
Aurtitor's Responsibilities for the Audit ofthe Financial Results for the halfyear and year ended
March 31, 2026
Our objeclives are to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the Statement as a whole is fiee li'om
material nrisstatement, whether due to fraud or enor, and to issue an auditor's report that includes our
opinion. Ileasonable assurance is a high level of assurance but is not a guarantee that an audit
conducted in accordance with SAs will always detect a material misstatement when it exists.
Misstatements can arise from fraud or error and are considered material if, individually or in the
aggregater they could reasonably be expected to influence the economic decisions of users taken on
the basis ofthese Financial Results.
As part of an audit in accordance with SAs, we exercise professional judgrnent and maintain
professional scepticism throughout the audit. We also:

or error, design and perform audit procedures responsive to those risks, and obtain audit
evidence that is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion. The risk of not
