PRESS RELEASE
RESULTS FOR THE QUARTER ENDED JUNE 30, 2026
Navigating commodity headwinds with resilient growth and continued innovation
Mumbai, August 12, 2026: Jyothy Labs Limited, one of India’s leading fast-moving consumer goods
(FMCG) companies, today announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
For QI FY27, the Company reported revenue of ?773 crore, registering 3.0% value growth year-on-year.
Excluding sales from Pril and Fa, revenue grew by 8.1% in value terms and 5.3% in volume terms,
reflecting the resilience of the underlying business. Operating EBITDA margin stood at 8.4%, impacted
by elevated commodity inflation and sustained volatility in crude-linked input costs.
The demand environment remained mixed during the quarter, with rural markets exhibiting relative
resilience while urban consumption continued to remain subdued. Inflation across crude-linked raw
materials, palm derivatives and packaging materials kept input costs elevated. The Company remained
focused on ensuring uninterrupted operations while driving procurement efficiencies, value engineering,
supply-chain optimisation and calibrated pricing actions to mitigate cost pressures.
Modern Trade, E-commerce and Quick Commerce continued to deliver strong growth and remain
strategic channels. Supported by a robust innovation pipeline, disciplined cost management and
continued brand investments, the Company remains focused on driving sustainable growth.
FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS - QI FY27 (YoY)
(cid:127) Revenue: ? 773 crore, Value Growth: 3.0%
(cid:127) Revenue (Excluding sales from Pril and Fa) Value Growth: 8.1%, Volume Growth: 5.3%
(cid:127) Operating EBITDA: ? 64.7 crore, Operating EBITDA Margin: 8.4%
(cid:127) Profit After Tax: ? 47.6 crore
Excluding the impact of the Pril transition and unprecedented input cost inflation, the Company's core
portfolio continued to deliver healthy growth across key categories.
SEGMENT PERFORMANCE:
FABRIC CARE - Fabric Whitener, Fabric Enhancer, Fabric Conditioner, Bar Soap, Detergent
Powder, Liquid Detergent and Laundry Service
Fabric Care delivered another strong quarter with 14.1% value growth and 10.2% volume growth.
Growth was broad-based across the portfolio, led by continued momentum in liquid detergents and
supported by healthy performance in detergent powders and bars. The category continues to benefit
from rising consumer adoption of newer formats and sustained investments behind key brands.

HOME CARE - Dish Wash Bar, Liquid, Gel, Powder and Scrubbers, Mosquito Repellent Coil,
Liquid Vaporiser, Racquet, Aerosol, Incense Sticks
The Home Care segment recorded 2.4% growth excluding Pril sales. Within Dishwash, the recently
launched bio-enzyme-based Exo Dishwash Liquid, endorsed by celebrities Yami Gautam and Keerthy
Suresh, has received encouraging consumer response and is progressing well across geographies and
channels. The broader Exo franchise continued to strengthen its market position during the quarter. In
Household Insecticides, the Company launched Maxo Incense Sticks, a government-approved mosquito
control solution developed to address consumer concerns regarding unsafe and unregulated alternatives.
The launch expands the Maxo portfolio and reinforces the Company's focus on category innovation,
consumer safety and differentiated growth opportunities.
PERSONAL CARE - Body Soap, Hand Wash and Toothpaste.
The Personal Care segment remained broadly stable during the quarter. The Margo portfolio delivered
modest growth and continued to benefit from focused brand-building initiatives and improved market
visibility.
Commenting on the financial performance of QI FY27, Ms. M. R. Jyothy, Chairperson and
Managing Director, Jyothy Labs Limited said:
"The quarter was marked by elevated commodity inflation and volatile crude-linked input costs;
however, our underlying business continued to demonstrate resilience. Fabric Care maintained strong
momentum, while Home Care delivered encouraging progress, supported by the positive market
response to Exo Dishwash Liquid, the launch of Maxo Incense Sticks further strengthened our innovation
pipeline. While near-term margin pressures persist, we believe the business is well positioned for
progressive improvement in the coming quarters as the impact of recent cost inflation moderates,
supported by innovation, premiumisation, calibrated pricing actions and disciplined cost management.
Backed by our strong portfolio, expanding presence across emerging channels and continued brand
investments, we remain cautiously optimistic about the demand environment and our growth prospects
for FY27."
