The recovery in exports has taken longer than we originally expected, primarily on account of a persistent increase in shipping costs throughout Q1. Container costs have risen between 3x and 5x for certain geographies. This has materially escalated the landed cost for our customers and has led to a slower pick-up in export dispatches during the quarter. The increase is not limited to the Middle East. Shipping costs to North America have also risen significantly on account of ongoing geopolitical uncertainty, which is affecting customer decisions. On the domestic front, passing on commodity inflation arising from the West Asia crisis has taken longer than anticipated. Negotiations with customers extended through much of the quarter, which resulted in slower dispatches in Q1FY27. We also remain on Margins for the quarter reflect these two factors: a lower export mix and a partial pass-through of higher track with our revenue commodity prices. We expect overall business momentum to be notably better in Q2FY27. Exports may continue to see some impact from elevated shipping costs if the situation in West Asia remains unchanged. ambition for the year, although the On the project front, we remain on track with our Gavasad Expansion #3, with commissioning expected in April 2027. We also remain on track with our revenue ambition for the year, although the geographic mix may geographic mix may change given the ongoing situation in West Asia. change given the Alay J.
