As organizations increasingly adopt digital platforms and cloud environments, secure identity management and access governance have become critical elements of enterprise cybersecurity. Through its IAM Solutions offerings, the Company aims to enable organizations to better manage digital identities, strengthen access controls, enhance security governance, and address evolving cybersecurity requirements. The IAM Solutions offerings will complement the Company's existing cybersecurity portfolio and further enhance its ability to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions and services to enterprises. Mr. Vikas Pandey, Director – Identity and Access Management, will start leading this additional service offerings within the organisation with effect from July 22, 2026. Mr. Pandey brings more than 16 years of experience in cybersecurity, with extensive expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM). This appointment is purely an operational/functional appointment and does not constitute an appointment to the Board of Directors of the Company under the Companies Act, 2013.
