Key Consolidated Financial Summary: Particulars (₹ Million) Q1FY27 Q1FY26 YoY % Revenue from Operations 3,860 3,770 2% Gross Profit 1,424 1,299 10% Gross Profit Margin 36.9% 34.5% EBITDA 425 424 - EBIDTA Margin 11.0% 11.2% Profit after Tax (PAT) 264 226 17% PAT Margin 6.8% 6.0% Key Quarterly Highlights • Revenue from Operations stood stable at ₹3,860 Mn, with strong momentum in the domestic business partly offset by temporary raw material availability constraints impacting international sales. • Global geopolitical developments, climate-related risks and supply chain disruptions impacted the availability of key raw materials, resulting in volatility in their prices in Q1FY27. • Gross Profit grew 10% YoY to ₹1,424 Mn, with margin improving to 37% from 34%. This was mainly due to improved product mix • Employee costs increased on a YoY basis due to a higher employee base and annual increments. • Other expenses were higher compared to the corresponding period last year, driven by the commencement of operations at the new subsidiary unit and foreign exchange movements. • Increase in other income was mainly due to profit on sale of lease land. • Interest cost reduced due to prepayment of term loan. • PAT increased 16% YoY to ₹264 Mn. • GSP Crop Science Limited completed the acquisition of the remaining 21% equity stake in GSP Intermediates Private Limited (GIPL) on 11 June 2026. Following the acquisition, GSP’s holding in GIPL increased to 100%, making GIPL a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. • In Q1FY27, the Company capitalised its warehouse at Saykha GIDC, while GIPL fully commissioned its ETP & MEEA plant at Saykha GIDC, further strengthening its manufacturing infrastructure. Commenting on the overall performance of the Company Mr. Bhavesh Shah, Chairman and Managing Director, GSP Crop Science Ltd, said: “in Q1FY27, the Revenue from Operations was stable mainly due healthy growth across our domestic B2C and B2B businesses despite a volatile operating environment. The international business was relatively muted, primarily due to limited availability of certain raw materials. During the quarter, the industry witnessed volatility in raw material prices along with supply constraints. During the quarter, we further strengthened our manufacturing capabilities with the commissioning of the ETP & MEEA plant at GSP Intermediates and capitalisation of the warehouse at Saykha GIDC. The acquisition of the remaining 21% stake in GIPL also made it a wholly owned subsidiary of GSP Crop Science. We continued to build on our presence across our product portfolio with a strong pipeline of products which will be filed for patent.
