ECO Mobility Reports 16.7% YoY Revenue Growth in Q1 FY27; Trip Volumes Rise 27%
and Active Client Base Expands 18%
Delhi, August 11, 2026: ECOS (India) Mobility & Hospitality Limited (“ECO Mobility” or “Company”), one
of the largest chauffeur-driven managed mobility providers to corporates in India, today announced its
unaudited financial results for the first quarter of financial year 2026-27 ended on June 30", 2026.
Commenting on the overall performance of the Company, Mr. Rajesh Loomba, Chairman and
Managing Director, ECO Mobility said,
“Q1 FY27 saw healthy operating momentum, with revenue from operations growing 16.7% year-on-year
and trip volumes increasing 27%. We added 61 new clients during the quarter, taking our active client base
to approximately 1,400, while expanding our pan-India presence to 151 cities. While margins during the
quarter reflected changes in business mix and the operating cost environment, we remain focused on
disciplined profitable growth and improving operating efficiency as we scale. We continue to strengthen
our technology platform and deepen our capabilities to support the next phase of growth.
During the quarter, we continued to strengthen our platform, with the launch of our new technology for
CCR and further progress in our SIXT partnership. These initiatives expand the ways in which we can serve
customers while remaining focused on our core enterprise business.
As we look ahead, our priorities remain adding high-quality enterprise relationships, deepening
engagement with existing customers and selectively expanding into new markets. We believe the scale
and capabilities we have built position ECO Mobility well to capture the long-term opportunitiyn organized
corporate mobility.”

Performance Highlights for the first quarter ended June 2026:

MOBILITY
e Revenue from Operations for Q1 FY27 stood at X2,113.72 Mn, a YoY growth of 16.70% and a sequential
(QoQ) growth of 2.23%.
e EBITDA for the quarter stood at X218.47 Mn.
e EBITDA Margin for Q1 FY27 stood at 10.34%, compared with 12.07% in Q1 FY26 and 11.68% in Q4 FY26,
primarily reflecting changes in revenue mix and higher operating costs during the quarter. Profit After Tax
(PAT) for the quarter came in at 145.50 Mn, up 9.50% YoY and down by (7.54%) QoQ.
e Cash and investments stood at 1558 Mn as on June 30, 2026, reflecting a healthy balance sheet with low
leverage.
Operational Highlights for the quarter ended June 2026:
e Completed approximately 1.48 million trips during the quarter, a growth of ~27% YoY and ~7% QoQ, with
ETS contributing 59% and CCR contributi4n1%g of revenue.
e Onboarded 61 new clients during the quarter, compared with 53 in Q1 FY26, taking the active client base
to approximately 1,400, up ~18% YoY.
e Expanded Pan-India presence to 151 cities, having added 20 new cities during the quarter, in addition to an
international network spanning 100+ countries.
e Owned and vendor-operated fleet grew to approximately 19,550 vehicles as on June 30, 2026, up ~29%
from around 15,150 vehicles a year ago, while continuing to operate on an asset-light model.
e EVfleetincreased to 460 vehicles, compared with 390 vehicles at the end of Q4 FY26.
e Around 51% of revenue has continued to come from customers associated with ECO Mobility for more
thanfive years, reflecting the strength of long-standing client relationships.
Strategic Developments during the quarter:
e Unveiled a major upgrade to our proprietary, in-house technology platform—built to deliver greater
scalability, speed and enhanced customer experience.
e Building its strategic tie-up with SIXT, with early traction seen from both business and leisure travelers
under the exclusive India GSA arrangement.
e Strengthened leadership bandwidth in select areas as a deliberate investment ahead of the next phase of
growth.
e The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of X2.38 per equity share for FY26, subject to
approval of the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
